Cancellation Policy

Due to the playschemes running on set numbers each day we cannot offer refunds if you wish to cancel a session; however, if you book during the summer holidays and wish to move a session once booked, we can rearrange the session (if a space is available) to another date during the summer holidays. We would require 2 weeks' notice if you wish to re-oarrange a booked session over the summer period.

Cre8 Playschemes also offers a waiting list for when the sessions become full. If this happens then we will offer your child's place to the next child on our waiting list and we will then give you a full refund.

Sessions booked with Cre8 Playschemes are not transferable to another child.
