Service Description

I have been teaching class music lessons to children in Reception through to Year 6 for over 20 years. I am the Head of Music at a local school in Catherington and have one free day available for private work. I have a level 7 qualification & offer class music lessons for children in Year Reception through to Year 2 in the Hampshire area. The music lessons will run weekly for 30 minutes per class with a 30 mins setup/pack away time. One week per term will be used for PPA planning which will normally be the last week of each term. Cost: £36.00 per hour I have a DBS with updated services, a two day Paediatric First Aid certificate, regular Safeguarding Training & Liability Insurance. The music lesson with incorporate the key elements required for the National Curriculum. Aims for Key stage 1 Pupils should be taught to: 1: Use their voices expressively and creatively by singing songs and speaking chants and rhymes 2: Play tuned and untuned instruments musically 3: Listen with concentration and understanding to a range of high-quality live and recorded music 4: Experiment with, create, select and combine sounds using the inter-related dimensions of music Lesson plans will be provided upon request.

Cancelation Policy

The sessions are non refundable due to the group working on set numbers each week.
